Wife of well known gangster Sean McNally, Toni discovers that her husband has been having an affair with Jackie Coulson so tracks her down to a bar, follows her into the toilets and shoots her dead.
Befriended by Lizzie on her arrival to Wentworth (episode 57) who offers her anything she wants when Lizzie gives her a cigarette.
Takes over from Monica Ferguson on the press when she hands out some contraband to the other women but then pays Kathleen to work it for her instead so she doesn't get her hands dirty.
Vera and Jim get suspicious and find all of Toni's contraband stored in her locked wardrobe in the cell. She is sent to solitary by Erica but later released by the VJ (episode 58).
She tricks Vera into thinking that drugs are coming in to the prison inside the tins of powdered milk, making Vera having to search through every one - but the actual delivery comes in via the rubbish bins instead making Vera look silly.
Erica reveals that the Department have instructed her to go easy on their treatment of Toni, and that Erica has already written a letter of resignation in response.
In Episode 63, Toni has a visit from Ros Coulson - daughter of the woman she shot. Ros tells Toni she has evidence to prove that she shot her mother but Toni brushes this off as hear'say. At her trial, Toni is found not guilty but is shot by Ros on her way out of the court.
Although Toni doesn't appear in Episode 64, Jim tells Ros that she has died in hospital.
