During Bea's time in hospital, Noeline is first seen as one of the possible contenders for Top Dog position although Monica Ferguson quite easily holds Bea's position warm while she's out of action.
Noeline is the mother to a family of thieves - her children, brother and mother are all responsible for burglaries and Noeline is a regular visitor to Wentworth until episode 132.
When Leanne is admitted to Wentworth as a prisoner herself in episode 120, Noeline is devastated when Leanne falls to her death after getting involved in the rooftop protest organised by Judy Bryant (episode 121).
During work release, Noeline steals material from the factory to give to her brother to sell. Factory bookkeeper Kay White lags on Noeline and the work release is cancelled. She is transferred to Barnhurst in episode 132 by Erica Davidson for her own protection from the other women.
