Val Lehman, who of course played Bea Smith in Prisoner, is planning a visit to the UK in Spring of 2007 and wants to meet YOU in a rare and exclusive opportunity to fans which has never been done before.

Val plans to have dinner/lunch with a small selection of fans in some of the most exquisite venues in the Midlands, Scotland and South-east. Tickets are already on sale, and we'll bring you further details as and when they become available but here is the information which is currently listed on Val's site:


Hintlesham Hall, Ipswich, Suffolk: Lunch on Sunday 25 March 2007

Hintlesham HallFor those of you who find the South and the East of the Country more accessible, we are delighted to announce the first of the three aforementioned events.

You are invited to partake in lunch with Val at Hintlesham Hall in Ipswich. This is a beautiful Grade 1 listed Elizabethan Manor House which can be found nestling in the Suffolk countryside. It is widely recognised as being one of the loveliest in the UK's highest rated hotels.

Those of you selecting this venue will be dining with Val at a location particularly favoured by her and somewhere she endeavours to visit each time she returns to the UK. Dress code to be smart casual please.

New Hall Hotel, Walmley, Sutton Coldfield: Dinner on Sunday 1 April 2007

New Wall Hotel For those of you who find the Midlands the most accessible part of the Country to get to, we are delighted to announce the second of the three events.

You are invited to join Val for evening dinner at The New Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield. This grand establishment is located in a suburb of Sutton Coldfield called Walmley, which is just north of Birmingham and within easy reach of the motorway and public transport networks.

At 800 years old, this Grade I listed Hotel is reputed to be the oldest inhabited moated Manor House in England. Dinner will be held in The Great Chamber - a room originally constructed in 1542. Many celebrities past and present have stayed here. As with Hintlesham Hall we would ask that the Dress Code is smart casual please.

The Macdonald Roxburge Hotel, Edinburgh: Lunch on Sunday 15 April 2007

Macdonald Roxburge Hotel Situated in historic Charlotte Square in Edinburgh, the Roxburghe embodies all that makes the Scottish capital one of the world's most cosmopolitan cities.

Scottish Fans and those who just wish to see this wonderful City, are invited to join Val for LUNCH on Sunday 15th April 2007 when she makes a welcome return to Scotland.

As with the English Venues we would ask that the Dress Code is smart casual please.

At present there are only 18 places available and bookings are already being received.
